Associate Principal Rayo has served a diverse client base during his three decades of professional experience.  Known as a rational and clear thinker, he uncovers critical project details and sets a course of action to achieve project success. Rayo delivers high quality drawings end-to-end, from schematic design through final construction documents. Always at the center of large multidisciplinary teams, he works towards timely coordination and good communication in all types of delivery methods. His work spans aviation, parking structures, large scale corporate and investment development projects, educational facilities, research labs, and installations for the Department of Defense.

Rayo, a certified Construction Contract Administrator, is skilled at managing all activities necessary for quality assurance such as bidding, negotiation, and continuing oversight to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Rayo is also a generous mentor for emerging professionals and teaches educational programs for in-house professional development and CSI certifications.
