Scott Sampson, AIA, CSI, CCS, LEED AP Senior Specifications Writer Associate Principal Associate Principal Scott Sampson joined LS3P’s Charleston office in 2007. With nearly forty years of experience in large and complex projects, Scott has developed a broad, diverse portfolio of work including federal, commercial, and multifamily residential projects. He has significant experience working with the Department of Defense and Department of Defense Educational Activity (DoDEA) and has delivered several high-performance schools which are considered net zero ready. Scott, a graduate of Clemson University with both a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Architecture and a Master of Architecture, is a frequent speaker on the topic of designing for 21st Century schools and shares his knowledge of the Construction Documents Technologist certification both in-house and through the Charleston Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute.
