The new North American Electrolux headquarters consolidates numerous US corporate operations into one location in this colorful, vibrant workplace. Office spaces are organized into neighborhoods identified by international cities, with distinct décor and color palettes for easy navigation. These neighborhoods, designed to encourage collaboration among members of the various office departments, feature both bar-height and table seating with white boards and tack surfaces. Beyond the large open office neighborhoods, the facility also houses a streamlined galley break room, a product showroom, a corporate dining facility, an interior courtyard, and numerous impromptu and formal meeting spaces and seating areas for employees and customers alike.

Taking a cue from Electrolux’s branded square “E” logo, the design team introduced a series of round elements into the space. These forms contrast with the orthogonal interior architecture. The round forms were referenced throughout the facility in custom accent lighting, dramatic carpet patterns and wayfinding graphics.
