This adaptive re-use of an existing warehouse provides training space for Tri-County Technical College’s welding, HVAC, and building construction programs. The flexible layout includes collaboration space, classrooms, faculty offices, and three main industrial areas for each program of study and is designed to accommodate future expansion space.
