Bob Jones University Student Services Hub & Administrative Office RenovationGreenville, SC This renovation project for Bob Jones University’s Administration Building transformed existing offices from traditional enclosed private offices to an open-plan workspace with modern finishes. The client’s primary goal was to provide a more accessible administration with a friendlier atmosphere. The existing building’s central location made it ideal for student access, and the renovation has greatly improved both workplace efficiency and the student experience. The administrative area includes workstations, several enclosed but transparent offices, and a private conference room. The new design also consolidates student services which were previously scattered across campus. In incorporating both student services and administrative offices, the space encourages more interactions between students and administrators. Students have embraced the “one-stop shop” nature of the renovated facility, and the modern feel has established the university’s new norm to carry forward into future campus designs.
