Developed as a 3-part project serving this senior living campus, LS3P’s engagement was comprised of an addition to their existing assisted living and memory care facility, a renovation to the kitchen and dining areas of the facility’s Commons Building and a new green-field 54,000 SF skilled nursing facility. The new single-story skilled nursing facility is intended as a flagship facility rebranding the campus and the services provided to its residents, comprised of 80 beds with a rehabilitation gym and therapy garden to support the residents of the facility.
