Ginny Magrath is an essential member of the K-12 studio and participates in the architectural design process from early advance planning and programming through the successful completion of the project. She begins the process by documenting existing conditions, provides space analysis, researches applicable building codes and other technical documents to determine their effect on the architectural design. As an active listener she gains valuable insight and awareness of her client’s needs. During the decision making process she develops alternative solutions and prepares presentation graphics to communicate space, ideas and design intentions. Ginny is an effective communicator when speaking to groups or through the clarity of her writing. Other capabilities include BIM, Revit Modeling and 3-D printing.
