Flexible, state-of-the-art workspaces offer a full range of privacy, from open “hoteling” spaces to collaboration areas to secure offices for confidential lab functions. This project included full FF&E services; a late request for an option to add phone rooms called for a quick shift and reallocation of furniture and MEP to allow for this possibility.
