The design for this 53,000 SF brewery supports a larger mission than brewing great beer: reducing violence in the community by employing active rival gang members and uniting them around a shared vision. The facility will feature production space, administrative space, and a taproom; employee-focused areas include classrooms and wellness facilities for 100 employees.

The adaptive re-use of an existing abandoned warehouse creates opportunities for a transparent, contemporary workspace with an industrial aesthetic. Newly added modern windows connect program spaces to each other and to the outdoors, and allow for generous natural light and views in the employee, production, and guest areas.
