LS3P teamed up with Thomas Point Ventures to plan and design the new 167-key AC Marriott hotel in the SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Nestled in the trees alongside the original Marriott hotel and adjacent to the SouthPark Mall, this new brand of hotel experience offers modern guest rooms, 24-hour fitness center access, conference/business area, and contemporary lounge and co-working spaces. This location also offers a rooftop bar for hotel guests with expansive views of the SouthPark area and the downtown skyline.

The eight levels of the hotel includes two-bay suites on each floor in addition to the standard double queen and king rooms. A new 2-level, 170-space parking deck services both hotels and the existing conference center. This project recently finished construction and has already seen 100% occupancy within its first month of operation.
