Cynthia Turner, AIA is a Senior Project Manager in LS3P’s Asheville office. Before joining the firm in 2012, Cynthia practiced architecture in the Asheville area for 14 years. She has led State Construction projects through all phases of design, review, bidding, construction administration and project closeout, and is highly experienced in meeting owner needs while maintaining project budget, schedule, and code compliance.
