LS3P is working with a team of developers and key stakeholders to envision an affordable mixed-income, multifamily community in that is welcoming, walkable, and environmentally sustainable.

The design realizes the site’s vast potential to connect residents to meaningful opportunities found in the area, and aims to create complementary new opportunities to advance community progress and well-being through the project’s long-term success.
