LS3P is working with a team of developers and key stakeholders to design a dynamic community hub with a mix of affordable and market-rate housing in NC. To bring new economic opportunities to the community, we are working together to develop a vibrant, mixed-income, mixed-use community that will create new connections and bring many benefits to the residents.
