LS3P is developing a conceptual master plan to develop roughly 30 acres in North Raleigh into a unique, walkable mixed-use district where healthy living intersects with a creative and collaborative working and learning environment. The live and work approach is supported by places to incubate and grow retail, food, and wellness commercial ventures. The master plan is built upon four phases that increase density and activity with time, anchored around a central spine that offers a variety of civic and public spaces and functions. Much consideration has been given to balancing the need for parking options with creating human-scaled street sections and blocks while connecting the new urban fabric to the surrounding natural amenities and street, bike, and trail networks.
