Located in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach, this ocean front dual-branded Marriott Hotel tower featuring 25 floors and 230 rooms, including 46 suites, is the first of its kind within the city limits. The initial work on the PUD began in 2004 and has progressed into a three-phase process involving the demolition of current hotels and building a new registration building which includes office spaces and an indoor water park.

The Springhill Suites and Courtyard Marriott Hotel features a lazy river and pool, a fitness room, and an expansive Bistro restaurant. The visual theme and design incorporate the concept of maritime forest that links back to the original Myrtle Beach landscape. A distinctive beach access walkway alongside the hotel welcomes pedestrians and connects with the city park system.
