Principal Tom Norman is an award-winning architect with over 35 years of experience in all phases of architecture and project management from design through construction completion. His experience includes a variety of projects for the Department of Military Affairs, Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, City of Jacksonville, University of North Florida, Duval County Public Schools, and numerous other governmental agencies, corporations, and individuals. Tom’s flexibility, problem solving skills, design abilities and commitment to client service make him particularly well qualified to serve as the Lead Architect for this project. He is a LEED^® Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. He has successfully completed numerous projects for the Florida Army National Guard.
