Krissy Ferguson, AIA, LEED AP, rejoins LS3P as a Project Manager in the Charlotte office, bringing a 15-year career as a practicing architect. Prior to her return, Krissy distinguished herself as a Senior Design and Construction Advisor for Universities within the UNC system. This multifaceted experience equips Krissy with a holistic understanding, bridging perspectives from both the owner’s and the architect’s realms.

With in-depth technical knowledge, project management skills, and knowledge of code compliance, Krissy has earned the role of trusted advisor to her numerous higher education clients.
