David Anderson is a licensed architect and LEED® accredited professional with over 30 years of experience leading and managing successful projects.  His professional background consists of architecture, construction management, and business, providing a capacity to quickly integrate valuable perspectives into the coordination and execution of a project.

David’s responsibilities have included organization of internal and consultant teams, administration of contracts for professional services, client/owner interface, development of project work plans, facilitation and production of project-specific deliverables, management of the consultant-coordination efforts, and construction administration.  His strengths include leadership, strategic project planning, technical problem solving, and a disposition that embraces quality control, collaborative partnering, objective analysis, and client-focused professional services.
