Bringing over 13 years of construction administration experience to the LS3P team, Associate Denise Haines serves as an Assistant Construction Contracts Administrator in the Charleston office. Denise assists the Construction Administrators with managing project communications, drafting and submitting AIA forms, and managing any other documentation during the construction phase of a project.
