to beat the odds of inner-city youth, during his high school years, he joined the organization’s after-school woodworking program. With a skills trade and three
years work experience, after graduating from North Carolina A&T University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication Systems & Drafting, he was
connected with LS3P’s downtown Wilmington office by Kids Making It Founder Jimmy Pierce. Tevin is on his sixth year as an Architectural Drafter for the firm and his attitude exudes gratitude. Tevin took the opportunity to make a positive change and his position with LS3P has lead him to new opportunities, including assisting with the design and drafting of the expansion of Kids Making It.
