Mike Gaffney joined LS3P’s Charlotte office in 2019. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in Construction Contracts Administration. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Carolina as well as completed coursework at Clemson University in the Postbaccalaureate Architecture Program.
