Wilmington Participates in Career & Leadership Development Academy

LS3P is proud to be a participant in the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s Career and Leadership Development Academy (CLDA). “The primary goals of the CLDA are to develop and retain young workers, showcase fast-growing career pathways in the community, build leadership and employability skills, and prioritize the development of durable skills…”
The Wilmington office, partnered with Monteith Construction, educates students on architecture and construction with activities, presentations, and a walking tour of downtown Wilmington with a stop at LS3P and Monteith’s Project Grace. The event informs students on the connectedness of construction, architecture, city planning/real estate, and engineering.
Special thanks to Michelle Marks for organizing the event, Catherine Grainger for leading the event, Madison Gilbert for her willingness to jump in, and the entire Wilmington office for their time interfacing with the students! Read more about the program here.
