Penny Mashtare joins LS3P’s Greenville office as a Construction Contract Administrator. Penny obtained a degree in Architectural and Building Engineering Sciences from Vermont Technical College. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, she has a proven track record of successfully managing construction contracts and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Penny has worked on a variety of projects, including corporate, industrial, higher education, and healthcare. Her expertise in designing creative solutions and administering quality construction make her a valuable asset to the LS3P team.
