321 Coffee, located at Venture + Alliance on NC State’s Centennial Campus, is a local coffee shop chain in Raleigh that proudly employs over 50 adults with intellectual disabilities. The design seamlessly blends elements from both brands to create a unique style for the coffee chain. It focuses on warm wood accents and vibrant brand colors, resulting in a dynamic space with thoughtful use of color and texture.

In addition to the coffee bar, the space provides a variety of seating areas, both indoor and outdoor, along with two reservable conferences rooms available to all Venture + Alliance Tenants. The scope of services encompassed the adaptive reuse of an office space into a retail coffee shop, along with the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Exterior modifications include a redesigned entryway, a renovated patio, and an updated gallery space to provide additional seating.
