Star EV office and manufacturing expansion includes a new 16,000-square-foot, two-story office building and a new 41,800-square-foot plant expansion. The office building uses precast concrete for its primary structural system and includes a new employee breakroom, training room, exercise room, open office areas, director’s office, and supporting spaces. The pre-engineered metal building plant expansion sits behind the office building to create a connection between the new office and existing plant.
