A Place to Call Home: Charleston In the spirit of remembering that everyone deserves a place to call home, our Charleston team constructed a unique neighborhood of gingerbread homes. From snow-topped log cabins to mid-century moderns and fairytale-inspired dwellings, each home tells its own story.

A Place to Call Home: Columbia Our Columbia office participated in this years PMC’s Architectural Gingerbread Competition. The winner of this competition will receive a monetary prize to donate to a charity of their choosing. We created a Holiday-inspired village which featured a variety of home types, including a row house, log cabin, treehouse, and country cottage.

LS3P Celebrates National Wear Red Day LS3P is proud to support the City of Columbia in recognizing National Wear Red Day – a day where the nation comes together to spread awareness in the fight against heart disease in women. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women, causing one in three deaths each year.

Columbia Team Participates in Rotary Club Boccee Ball Tournament Members of our Columbia office joined in on the Rotary Club's 2021 Boccee Bash. The event benefitted both Special Olympics South Carolina and the Columbia Rotary Scholarship Fund.

LS3P's Raleigh Office Volunteers with My Sister's House Team members from our Raleigh office volunteered with My Sisters House - a non-profit organization committed to serving victims of domestic violence.

Charlotte Team Hosts Uptown ACE Mentor Group Gingerbead Build Team members in our Charlotte office hosted a group of students from Providence and Independence High Schools for a gingerbread build in an effort to teach about city planning. The event was in partnership with the Charlotte Uptown ACE Mentor Group.

Matt Barnett named to University of Tennessee's 40 Under 40 LS3P Architect Matt Barnett has been named one of the University of Tennessee Volunteer 40 Under 40 Award recipients. This new annual recognition program celebrates UT alumni who are 39 or younger and have excelled personally and professionally since completing their degree.
