Raleigh Project Manager Dean Rains has joined the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2021. Leadership Raleigh  is a nine-month program that provides participants with an in-depth view of community issues, allowing them to develop the necessary skills to play critical roles and make a difference in their community.
