The Ann Street Lofts are the first cross-laminated timber (CLT) buildings constructed in southeast Georgia.

Utilizing sustainably harvested timber, Ann Street Lofts were carefully constructed using prefabricated CLT panels manufactured by Binderholz in Austria – leading to reduced waste and greater efficiency during the installation process. The design of these lofts draws inspiration from the wooden materials palette, with exposed timber, post-tensioned concrete, and utilities on display throughout the property’s interior.
