The Greenville One building on Main Street houses Clemson University’s MBA program, bringing over 400 students and 35 staff to the downtown area. This interior upfit for 4 floors of the business and entrepreneurial education center provided 10 leading-edge teaching spaces equipped with advanced technology such as distance education teleconferencing and technology pods for interactive collaboration. The project also includes a flexible event space for lectures and programs, a roof terrace overlooking Piazza Bergamo, a formal board room, and an incubator space for student start-up initiatives.

The interiors feature a sophisticated palette of materials and contemporary furnishings for the modern, open floor plan. The layout of the space encourages offers a variety of seating configurations to accommodate a mix of group sizes and functions, and maximizes the expansive skyline views.
