This project includes three phases of work over three years, with a focus on restoring the historic main building designed by Douglas Ellington in 1928. Extensive exterior restoration work has been done on the six other campus buildings including roofing and exterior repairs and aesthetic upgrades that will extend the service life of the campus by decades. Life safety and ADA improvements to the interior added safety features and increased access to restrooms, locker rooms, and other important facilities.
