Spurred by continued growth and the addition of new locations, LS3P recently embarked on an evaluation and realignment of its existing real estate portfolio. The intent is to facilitate the strategic renovation of existing locations and placement future offices to better align with the current market and allow for continued recruiting and retention of new talent.
The ongoing result is an inclusive environment that thoughtfully integrates LS3P’s core values and brand into every aspect of the new workplace. Facilities are “future proofed” in order to continually integrate emerging technologies effortlessly into the workflow while careful attention is placed on individual user preferences and work styles. Varieties to new seating arrangements and desking strategies are implemented to provide a stimulating and diverse environment to explore and collaborate within or in a hybrid capacity.
The Asheville office moved into the historic Citizen Times building in 2023. Using a mural that was partially left from the previous tenant, our interiors team worked with the local artist to recreate Asheville’s mountainous landscape which is the primary focal point of the work space.
