The design for the new Southeast office of this law firm provides a sustainable, beautiful workspace to reinforce the firm’s brand and attract the highest quality staff. The facility is an existing LEED-EB® Gold certified space, and the entire project team was committed to creating a sustainable design and healthy workplace environment. Key sustainable features include daylight and views from all points in the office; high-performance equipment; low-flow water fixtures; energy-efficient lighting with occupancy sensors; materials which are recycled, recyclable, or rapidly renewable; and low-VOC products.

Local art complements the office’s overall aesthetics, including a special large piece by Blue Sky commissioned to represent one of the firm’s most prominent clients. The office features multiple conference rooms, a dedicated AV conference room, war rooms, open office legal assistant stations, private offices with transparent glass door-lites, a café-style break room, and a large high-density file area supported by a work room designed for efficiency.
