Chris Roberts is a Principal with LS3P and has been with the firm for over 20 years. Chris has a strong background in public facility design, extending his experience in programming, planning, and design of higher education learning environments. Notable designs include the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences and the six-building Wolf Ridge Apartments and Dining Complex project at NC State University’s Centennial Campus.
Chris is highly skilled in all phases of project delivery including programming, master planning, and design, and serves as a sustainability resource for the firm. In his tenure with the firm, he has also developed a long and productive relationship with the State Construction Office over the course of several university and other state-funded projects. Chris is widely respected in the professional community as well and has served as President of the 2014 Board of Directors for AIA Triangle.
