Clemson University relocated its downtown Greenville MBA program into the Greenville ONE building located on Main Street. The College of Business and Behavioral Science and other centers occupy four floors, and make the ONE building a center for business and entrepreneurial education. The four floors have been upfit with 10 unique cutting edge teaching spaces equipped with advanced technology, including distance education teleconferencing, and technology pods for interactive collaboration. The project also features a flexible flat floor event space for lectures and special events, a roof terrace overlooking Piazza Bergamo, a formal Board Room and an Incubator space for start- up initiatives by students.

Clemson University also has a presence on Main Street with a new brand center called the Clemson Experience.
