The reorganization of suites and clubs allowed for a more efficient use of space, including condensing two levels of press space into one level and freeing up underutilized space for a new club. This club has become a new revenue stream for the school. The renovation also removed Plexiglas partitions in club seating areas, creating more of an outdoor connection and helping fans feel connected to the activity on the field. The project upgraded interior finishes from cinderblock to clean, finished spaces and enclosed hallways which were previously open to the elements. Post-renovation, the school has seen an increase in subscription of suites and is able to charge a premium rate for the new spaces.
