A graduate of the University of North Dakota and the University of Southern Mississippi, David brings nearly 30 years of experience in local and regional economic development and corporate location consulting. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, biking and boating. In his own words, David grew up in the “Cold North” country and believes the Carolinas have the best climate in the world.
