The client’s desire was to provide unique residential units that meshed with the Fourth Ward urban neighborhood in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina’s Center City where it was to be built. The resulting eight-story tower achieved that and more with units of unsurpassed comfort and convenience that are appointed with high ceilings, crown molding and upscale finishes. Unique floor plans provide options and variety ranging from brown-stone style townhomes to studios and one, two and three bedroom units. Convenience is built into this project with a mix of retail and parking, including an 18,000 square foot grocery store.
