LS3P ‘s design for the Hollywood Circle development in the Greenline-Spartanburg Neighborhood replaces a burned-out multifamily apartment structure with 4 single family affordable rental homes. The site design more authentically represents the density and character of the surrounding neighborhood than the previous larger structure on the site.

The site is located at a prominent neighborhood crossroads adjacent to the City of Greenville’s David Hellams Community Center and Arthur Black Park. The design and development of the homes represents the first new construction of single homes in the neighborhood in over 3 decades.

The homes demonstrate Genesis Homes’ ongoing commitment to addressing the neighborhood’s need for affordable workforce housing. The local non-profit recognized the potential for the neighborhood to become a healthy and vibrant, mixed income, urban residential community.
