LS3P was selected to design the new Consolidated Rental Car and Public Parking Deck C in 2018 for GSP. This garage 5 level, 1500 space garage is a dual-purpose model providing 2 floors of rental car ready return, a lower level full service QTA, and 2 upper levels of premium public parking.

Great care was taken by the design team in developing the RAC Customer Service Area finishes, interiors and detailing to incorporate GSP’s established campus wide standards into this new facility. We understand GSP has worked hard to create, evolve and implement these standards over a period of
time and their use is critical to the GSP brand.

Our designers worked closely with GSP leadership to utilize those floor, wall and ceiling finishes to seamlessly incorporate them into Garage C. Terrazzo and tile patterns within the main terminal were replicated into the CSA flooring. Toilet room finish materials an details within the CSB toilet rooms match those in the concourse and terminal building. When new finishes were required, LS3P worked diligently to ensure these finishes complimented the existing adjacent finishes.

Tying together these standards across the entire facility solidifies GSP’s brand and leads to a campus not easily dated by trends and material uses. LS3P fully understands GSP’s rationale and dedication to these standards and will continue to incorporate this philosophy into any future projects.
