With a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science and Fitness Management from North Carolina A&T State University, Kaliyah has worked as a technical recruiter for an international consulting firm based in Massachusetts. In this role, she orchestrated end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
