This study analyzed three distinct approaches to this section of the Town’s corridor. Approach 1 looks at the corridor and maintaining the existing right-of-way with subtle yet impactful interventions. Approach 2 and 3 both altered the right-of-way, with Approach 2 focuses on pedestrian experience and Approach 3 considers transformative transit options.
Using street section diagrams and rendered perspectives, we capture the various existing uses adjacent to the road and exploring how these distinct approaches interact with the physical context. The recommendations also align with the Town’s long-term goals for essential improvements along this stretch of land.
