The Graduate Medical Education Facility [GME] is the first building planned for Lexington Medical Center’s Sunset Court Development off Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia, SC, directly across from the Main Hospital campus. The new 47,720 Gross SF, 3-Story GME Facility is steel framed with brick cavity wall cladding to align with the branding of their existing facilities.

The program is comprised of a Family Medicine Residency Practice on the 1st floor, Internal Medicine Residency Practice (and Residents’ Suite/Offices) on the 2nd Floor, and a 3rd floor containing Medical Offices, Conferencing/Seminar Spaces, Residents’ Suite/Amenities, and a Simulation Lab. Additionally, there is a Roof Terrace for fundraising events and general outdoor use on a day-to-day basis.
