This project is a two to three story ambulatory building on a 10 acre site with partial outfits for a medical office building that will contain approximately 48 exam rooms, two procedure rom, two operating rooms prep/recovery, imaging, overnight stays, PT/OT, Infusion and supports spaces.

The operating rooms will be designed and built to allow future OR expansion. The building will contain approximately 91,000 GSF of new construction and will be located in West Ashley. The MOB portion of the facility will be approximately 44,353 sf and will contain exam rooms for Ortho, Spine, Pain Management, Rheumatology, Cardiology and GI.

The anticipated Preliminary Project Cost (PPC) for this project is $40,000,000. The PPC includes an anticipated Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Architect/Engineer of $24,083,000. Fees, furnishings, equipment, other work, miscellaneous expenses, and contingencies make up the balance of the PPC.
