This 90,000 SF corporate headquarters expansion integrates subtle exterior detailing that reflects nCino’s unique technology-based mission. The core and shell design responds to the context of the surrounding built environment, and exterior façade renovations to the existing building help to merge the old and the new. Inside, a coastal-inspired materials palette unifies diverse collaboration and amenity areas.

The project scope included core and shell, interior design, and a new 600-car parking garage; the original building was designed by Boney Architects, which merged with LS3P in 2005.
