This state-of-the-art facility, organized with a Front-Stage/Back-Stage Pod configuration, boasts 24 exam rooms with the flexibility and scalability to potentially double in size, serving as a beacon for efficient and high-quality healthcare delivery.

The architectural design is rooted in efficiency, innovation, and a patient-centric approach. Standardized Exam Pods and Rooms are strategically designed for flexibility, catering to diverse providers and clinical services. The layout incorporates a Collaborative Care Model, optimizing provider and nursing staff interactions for improved patient care. The facility’s focus on enhancing the staff experience, recruitment, and retention is evident in the placement of staff spaces along the exterior, maximizing access to natural daylight. Further, the design emphasizes way-finding efficiency, with intentional corridor placement and views to nature. With separate entrances and waiting areas for Pediatric and Adult patients, the facility prioritizes safety, security, and individualized experiences.
