This 402,740 SF distribution warehouse in Savannah, GA, was designed as a design/build partnership between LS3P and Evans Construction for RBW, a third party distribution company. The project is configured as a trans-shipping warehouse for a third-party shipping agency, with a design that will allow for flexible uses over time and potential expansion to support growth.

The concrete tilt-up wall panel construction is economical and highly efficient, with steel roof framing and an insulated TPO low-slope roof draining to gutters and downspouts at the perimeter. The warehouse is conditioned and features a small office; a single-side loading dock with speed bay allows cross and trans-shipment of different products for RBW’s many clients. The building is designed for subdivision by multiple tenant as well as potential additions over time.
