LS3P began this phased project with a master plan for the 18-acre site. The master plan details 3 phases of building, totaling 100,000 SF. These buildings are oriented to create an inward-looking medical village, and will be linked together with both internal and external medical mall-type connectors. The initial phase of the project included 5 acres of site development and a 2-story, 39,980 SF medical office building. This building includes a 5,000 SF satellite emergency department and associated physicians’ office suites for Roper Hospital.
