Sarah Mobraten is a Project Manager and Architect and serves as the Operations & Finance Manager (OFM) for LS3P’s Raleigh office. As the OFM, she oversees hiring and recruitment and she is charged with helping to champion a positive work culture that fosters development and growth opportunities for her team. She brings over 15 years of experience in a variety of project types spanning from small renovation projects to large, complex public campuses.  

Sarah is well-versed at managing projects at all stages of design and construction, and her work encompasses diverse practice areas such as multifamily residential, mixed-use, and master planning. She is also active in community service, volunteering at events such as We Care and the 9/11 Day of Service.
