SCRA occupies the first two floors of the three-story, 83,000 SF facility. The 3rd floor serves as an incubator space for a variety of start-up technology companies.

The primary design concept was to provide a “high tech/high touch” approach to the office environment, while promoting a forward-looking aesthetic that integrates comfortable state of the art interiors. The office interior balances open and enclosed workspaces that support pioneering business solutions in a collaborative work environment. The work environment complemented by a variety of business amenities includes a wide array of conference rooms, a 60-seat café, an outdoor landscaped terrace, and connections to miles of walking trails.
