LS3P was selected by the Cliffs at Walnut Cove’s community to design a new golf house and pro shop. This 16,000 sq ft facility overlooks the newly completed Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The structure is crafted in an Ol’ English Village architectural style and incorporates a pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and two spacious lounges. Additional amenities include a steam room, snack bar, outdoor grilling and dining area, and executive golf club storage and repair facilities. The Cliffs at Walnut Cove is a gated, golf course community located at the southernmost edge of Carolinas’ Blue Ridge mountains.
